Welcome to Brooklyn Atlas, a space devoted to featuring sustainable food and design made in NYC. We hope you’ll find something interesting and stay for a while.
We also organize supper club dinners, classes, and other events that promote local food and community. Stay tuned for more info about our upcoming farm-to-table dinners!
Diana Kuan, publisher and editor – You may know me from my other site Appetite for China, where I’ve been blogging since 2007 on the wide world of Asian cooking. I’m also the author of The Chinese Takeout Cookbook, on making restaurant favorites better at home with good ingredients. My writing and photography has also appeared in The Boston Globe, Gourmet, Food & Wine, Time Out New York, The Wall Street Journal Asia, and other publications. I also teach cooking classes in Brooklyn and Manhattan. See what’s coming up on the Events page.
