Brooke – Isn’t it great? I’m actually surprised Sydney is lacking rooftop farms. I tend to think of Australia as being much more environmentally forward-thinking than the US. I would also love to see the trend replicated in more cities!

Wow this is amazing! Sydney needs to follow suit and do this. What a great idea to create beautiful green spaces within the urban landscape. The world would be a far better place is all major cities had little ecosystems growing on their roof tops!

Sarah – Yes, I love that rosewater is so multi-purpose. And if you get the food-grade kind you can use it for anything, including linen-spraying and perfume purposes.

What a great idea! I’ve never tried using rosewater in drinks or food before, just for spritzing on linens and stuff. I’ll look for the food-grade rosewater and try your smoothie!
